NZKM partner event - A workshop with Dave Snowden, Cognitive Edge

This 2-hour “Using Cognitive Edge techniques with SenseMaker™”
workshop involves hands-on engagement with the Cognitive Edge techniques
for scoping a Sensemaking project. Working with other practitioners,
participants will learn how to design and configure a project using the
SenseMaker™ software including an appreciation of narrative analysis.
Participants will be able to position narrative techniques against other
uses of story. They will be able present proposals for narrative projects
to senior management.
Using narrative or anecdotes as the foundation, Cognitive Edge tools and
processes have been used to assist in major business transformation
initiatives such as cultural change, business strategy formulation,
decision support, policy formulation, leadership development, lessons
learned programmes, mergers and acquisitions, governance and trust,
community development, workforce effectiveness and corporate communications.
Fees: NZ$225.00 + gst
